Is Shesha really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: a full website on yourname.shesha.site with a WhatsApp button, an order cart and a contact form. Upgrade only if you want more.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works on your phone. Build and change your site on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, or in your phone’s browser.
Who writes the words on my site?
Shesha’s AI writes them from what you tell it, and picks a look to match your business. You check everything, and nothing goes live until you tap Publish.
How do my customers pay me?
They pay you directly, by PayShap, EFT or cash, and you mark the order as paid. Shesha never touches your money and takes no cut of your sales.
Can I use my own domain?
Business will come with a free .co.za domain and email on it, and on Starter you will be able to connect a domain you already own. Both are coming soon; until then every site gets yourname.shesha.site.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your site moves to the Free plan and stays online at yourname.shesha.site. We never delete it.
Is my information safe?
We only use your information to build and run your website, and we never sell it. Your chats are not used to train AI, and messages from your customers are yours.
